How and why to choose the eSIM receipt date correctly

1 If you choose “Receive eSIM on the 1st day of the next month”

→ You will receive the eSIM QR code by email on the 1st day of the next month (after 19:00), with the tariff activated and internet balance included;

→ The tariff will already be activated. You will be able to use the starter internet package until the last day of the next month.

2 If you choose “Receive eSIM tomorrow”

→ You will receive the eSIM QR code by email on the next business day (after 19:00), after the payment day;

→ The tariff will already be activated. You will be able to use the starter internet package until the end of the current month. Attention! Choose this option if you need internet urgently.

💡 💡 Example:

Paid for eSIM on the 15th. Selected “Receive eSIM tomorrow”.
You will receive the activated eSIM by email on the 16th after 19:00 and will be able to download it and use the internet right away. The starter internet package will already be on the account. You will be able to use it until the last day of the current month.

Bought eSIM on the 15th. Selected “Receive eSIM on the 1st day of the next month”.
You will receive the activated eSIM by email on the 1st day of the next month after 19:00 and will be able to download it and use the internet right away. The starter internet package will already be on the account. You will be able to use it until the last day of the next month.

If you order eSIM on the 1st day and want to receive it faster and start using the internet, choose “Receive eSIM tomorrow”. In this case, you will receive eSIM on the next business day after 19:00 and will be able to download it and use the internet right away.
